You promise that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit or credit card used to purchase the Products. You also promise that all information you have provided is accurate and true. You authorise us to perform validation checks and authorisation with the card issuer.
You agree to fully indemnify us, our officers, employees, agents and suppliers, immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions or by your use of this website, or the use of any other person accessing this website using your shopping account or your personal information.
All prices stated on the website are inclusive of tax, where applicable, but exclusive of shipping charges, unless we tell you otherwise. Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice. The price at which you agree to purchase the products is the price stated on this website at the time you place your order. Customer is responsible for any customs charges, in the event that there may be charges in your country. Prices in our retail stores and outlets may be different to the prices shown on this website.
We make every effort to ensure that the images of the Products on our website are accurate. However, because of differences between monitors the colour you see of the Product may not accurately reflect its true colour.
We will take every reasonable steps to ensure that your credit or debit card information (Confidential Information) is kept secure. However, unless we have been negligent, we are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access by a third party to your Confidential Information.
We accept items for refunds or exchanges 14 days from the date of receipt of your item. Items must be returned in the exact condition as received with labels/tags in tact if applicable. We reserve the right to assess the item and withold a refund if there is visible usage, labels removed or damage. We do not accept returns or refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons (if opened) or any personalised items. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed and items should be sent via a recorded system for your security. Please note refunds can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and show in your account depending on payment provider. ALL returns must be agreed prior to returning and correct authorisation obtained along with correct return address, we cannot be held liable for missing items.
Where possible you should use the "returns" tab on our website to advise of your return and check for further communications both in your account and via email.
Items must never be returned without authorisation to the address that may appear on the package as this is courier information and not the correct return detail - a refund will not be processed under these circumstances.
If your item arrives damaged, not as described, not fit for purpose or faulty you must let us know within 30 days so we can rectify this for you with a refund or exchange.
Once you have placed an order on this website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the order you have sent. We will not accept the order and complete the contract until we despatch the Products ordered. We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. If there is a problem with your order, eg a problem with your credit card or we do not have the Products ordered in stock, and we cannot accept the contract, we will tell you by email.
Please note: that while we guarantee to send you a notification of every valid order we receive from you, you will understand that we cannot equally guarantee that the notification we send will be received by you, nor that, if it is received by you, it will be legible and uncorrupted.
Cancelling an order before dispatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time until dispatch or a dispatch email is received, you should do this as soon as possible ideally within 8 hours. Please see the Contact Us page for our email address, you can also access the cancellation function in your account on our website and request a refund. To cancel your order, you will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number.
Please note the above does not apply to orders for Personalised Items.
Returning goods after shipping
Cooling off period
When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period after despatch of your goods. During this cooling-off period, you can return your goods without any charge. Our cooling off period is 14 days (from delivery of the goods to you) which includes any statutory cooling off period.
This period starts the day the contract is agreed and becomes binding (i.e. you receive a Despatch Email from us) and ends 14 days after the day following delivery of the goods.
Unless we are at fault (for example where you have received faulty items, or items which are not as described- whereby this period is extended to a 30 day period from day of receipt), certain items are excluded from the cooling off period guarantee: these include Personalised Items, as well as pierced items where their packaging has been opened.

Return postage costs are not provided by us and the customer is expected to pay for the postage. We recommend sending via a trackable method and uploading the tracking via your account to facilitate the refund process.
Where possible all returns/exchanges should be requested via the website under your account (if you did not create an account upon checkout you can still use the "returns" function to do so) and correspondence is sent via email and your account twofold.
Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the Products selected including VAT and delivery charges. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellations will be made to the same card. Where payment has not been made in full, we may cancel your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you.
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation, whether caused by our negligence or not, arising out of or in connection with the Products or their use or resale by you. We are not liable to pay you any compensation other than a refund equal to the price of the Products that you have paid us for.
This clause is not intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. The risk of damage or loss of the Products passes to you when delivery is made. Delivery is made at the time we leave the Products at the address specified by you. We cannot accept any claims beyond this point. All implied warranties and undertakings are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Instructions for all products:
Silver tarnishes when it is exposed to the air. This process is called Oxidization and results in a tarnishing effect on the silver which is called Silver Sulphate. This is the chemical reaction the other metals and copper have with the air. This is what creates that blue/brown look on the silver. It can also leave marks on your skin if you haven’t cleaned the jewellery item. Therefore we recommend the following:
- Avoid contact with all liquids and chemicals, such as perfume, sea water, mayonnaise, ammonia, chlorinated pool water, hair spray and sweat. Contact with these substances will increase the rate at which tarnishing occurs.
- Ensure your jewellery is not exposed to humidity and is not stored in direct sunlight.
- Try to remove your sterling silver jewellery when at home so they are not exposed to the fluids mentioned above
All of our products where possible are Rhodium or Platinum plated to give brilliant shine and more durability. Having this plating will keep your sterling silver brighter for much longer that standard silver. From time to time due to age you may want to have the it replated and any jeweller can do this, we are not liable for loss of shine or tarnishing.
Where a product has care instructions, you must follow these instructions. We are not liable for any loss or damage in the event that the instructions have not been followed.
All trademarks, brand names, copyrights, Product names and trade names are the property of their respective owners and we do not authorise any use which infringes those rights. Subject to this, you may view, print and download from our website for personal use only. Any other use of information or materials on this website is strictly forbidden without obtaining our written agreement first.
Errors and Omissions
We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website and in any documentation we may send you (“Information”) is accurate. However we do not make any promises about the Information and we are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, which may happen as a result of relying on the Information, except where we are not allowed by law to exclude our liability.
All items are marked with fineness stamp 925 and metal content excluding stone weight does not exceed 7.78 grams and meets the requirements of the UK Assay office.
We are not liable to you for any failure or delay to supply or deliver or for any damage or defect to the Products that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This agreement is governed by English law.
