Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your items as much as we do! However, if you would like to make a return, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your item that you wish to return your item. To receive a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels if applicable still intact. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process. We will exchange or refund once the item is received by us. To complete your return, we will require your order number. Please do not send back your purchase without contacting us to obtain a returns number and the correct department to return to. We will not be held responsible for items returned without this information.
SALE ITEMS -
All items discounted or on sale are final sale.
We will guarantee your item for us to 30 days from receipt of purchase, in the event your item is faulty or develops a fault, is not fit for its purpose. Discoloration of Sterling Silver is a possibility if exposed to liquids, perfumes etc and this is not considered to be a fault of the item or damage. All sterling silver items react with the air known as oxidization- proper care and cleaning must be taken to keep your item in good condition. Similarly for any items that are purchased that are silver plated we do not take responsibility for the plating. We will not replace or refund items regarding this type of issue.
Items such as earrings are exempt from being returned due to hygiene, unless the item is faulty or the package completely sealed and unopened.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS -
Personalised items are non-returnable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
· Items with obvious signs of use
· Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable) -
Once your return item is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 days of approval.
Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer
EXCHANGES (if applicable) -
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item, and follow the above process. To notify us you should follow the online procedure under the heading "Returns" or you can contact us directly here email@example.com

Customer is will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please note in busy periods exchanges/refunds can take up to 3 weeks.
If you are returning your item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item and are not liable for items that are not received.
